- I am ready for bed before 10
- I find several gray hairs on my head
- my eyes are growing tired and I can't see well out of my left eye (I have always had 20/20).... trip to the eye doctor next week is already planned
- I start saying "remember when we had to walk to school every day, when the snow was 3 feet high and it was pouring down rain"
- I can't do a cartwheel because it hurts too much
